Parts purchase and repairs

After sales support :

Commission of machine at customer factory and on site training on basic maintenance.
Sales of spare parts and repairing of pelletizer machine

Service and maintenance

After sales service :

Technical support in assembly of mini runner system into customer mold and support during T1 testing
Servicing of mini runner system, sales of spare parts and repairing of mini runner system

Maintenance :

Normal Servicing – Dismantle of nozzles and cleaning able to be done by customer maintenance dept.
Overhaul servicing – Clean and clearing up of whole mini runner system. Customer to send to the nearest MSK Service centre for Overhaul servicing.
